§ 46-23-7.3. Criminal penalties.
Any person who knowingly violates any provision of this chapter, the coastal resources
            management program, or any rule, regulation, assent, or order shall be guilty of a
            misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than one thousand
            dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment of not more than three (3) months or both; and
            each day the violation is continued or repeated shall be deemed a separate offense.
