§ 46-23-6.1. Newport "cliff walkâ€� — Public right-of-way — Legal studies.
The council is hereby directed to carry out any and all legal studies which it shall deem necessary in order to designate the Newport "cliff walkâ€�, so called, as a public right-of-way pursuant to § 46-23-6(5).
