§ 46-22.1-14. Adoption of rules and regulations.
The department shall adopt the necessary rules and regulations to implement the provision
            of §§ 46-22.1-3 — 46-22.1-17. The department shall further adopt the substantive provisions of the federal Boat
            Safety Act of 1971, 46 U.S.C. § 1451 et seq., as well as the rules and regulations of the Coast Guard concerning hull
            identification numbers adopted in August of 1984.
