§ 46-22-23. Maximum speed within the city of Warwick.

The Warwick park and waterfront development commission is hereby authorized to establish maximum speed limits for boats in the public harbors of the city of Warwick at five

(5)miles per hour. Any speed limits duly established by the commission, pursuant hereto, shall have the force and effect of law, and a violation thereof shall be a misdemeanor.
