§ 46-22-22. Owner required to make written reports.
The owner of a vessel involved in an accident, casualty, vandalism, or theft in excess
            of five hundred dollars ($500), shall, within five (5) days after the incident, forward
            a written report of the incident to the department of environmental management, on
            forms provided by the department.
