§ 46-18-10. Execution against mill and dam.

Every execution that may issue on any judgment for damages rendered as aforesaid, whether for yearly damages or damages in gross, shall run not only against the goods and chattel and real estate of the defendant, but, if the defendant was owner of the mill at the date of the action, also against the mill and milldam which was the occasion of the suit, with all the appurtenances thereof; the form of the execution shall be varied accordingly by the court issuing the execution, and the execution may be levied thereon, and the same proceedings may be had as on executions in other cases levied on re
