§ 46-16-3. Development of training standards.
The New England interstate water pollution control commission, hereinafter called
            "the commissionâ€�, may develop standards for the training, educational, and experience requirements
            for operating personnel necessary to the proper operation of sewage and other waste
            treatment plants.
