§ 46-15.3-7.7. Water suppliers — Temporary exemption.
Those water suppliers, and all others subject to the provisions of this chapter, who,
            at the time that this chapter takes effect, have in process the development of a water
            supply management plan, or component thereof, as required under any provision of the
            general laws, shall be temporarily exempt from having to comply with this chapter,
            for a period of five (5) years following the submission of a water supply management
            plan required under other provisions of the general laws.
