§ 46-15.3-12. Dissolution.
If the board shall be dissolved, all funds of the board not required for the payment
            of bonds shall be paid to the general treasurer for the use of the state, and all
            property belonging to the board shall be vested in the state and delivered to it.
            If the fund for the city of Providence shall be dissolved, all the funds not required
            for the payment of bonds shall be paid to the city of Providence.
