§ 46-15-8. Rules and regulations.
The water resources board is hereby authorized and empowered to make general rules
            and regulations and to take such actions and issue such orders as may be required
            for the enforcement of this chapter, and the rules and regulations, in addition hereto
            and not inconsistent herewith.
