§ 46-15-16. Examination of books, records, and accounts.
For the purpose of ascertaining material information relevant to the function of the
            powers and duties of the water resources board, the water resources board may freely
            examine at any time the books, records, and accounts of any municipal water department,
            special water district, or private water company.
