§ 46-13.1-8. Administration.
It shall be the duty of the director to administer this chapter in accordance with
            the specific findings, powers, and authority granted herein and in accordance with
            the full powers and authority of the director as provided in chapters 17.1 of title
            42 and 12 of this title.
