§ 46-13-11. Reports as to public supplies.
Any person maintaining a public water supply system shall submit or cause to be submitted
            by operating personnel such reports of operation pertaining to the sanitary quality,
            treatment, and output as may be requested by the director. The operation reports shall
            be submitted within fifteen (15) days after demand therefor by the director, and shall
            be accurate and as complete as requested by the director. Copies of all reports, as
            well as the analyses of the reports by the director, shall be supplied to the cities
            and towns serviced by the supplier upon request.
