§ 46-12.9-10. Nonparticipation in insurer's insolvency fund.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of the law to the contrary, the Rhode Island
            underground storage tank financial responsibility act shall not be considered an insurance
            company or insurer under the laws of this state and shall not be a member of nor be
            entitled to claim against the Rhode Island insurer's insolvency fund created under
            chapter 34 of title 27.
