§ 46-12.5.1-13. Remedies cumulative.
All remedies provided by this chapter or chapter 12.7 of this title are cumulative,
            and the securing of relief, whether injunctive, civil, or criminal, under a section
            of this chapter or chapter 12.6 or 12.7 of this title does not stop the state or any
            person from obtaining relief under any other section of this chapter or chapter 12.6
            or 12.7 of this title, or pursuant to any other provision of the general laws or the
            common law.
