§ 46-12.2-17. No additional consent required.

Except as provided in this section, bonds and local governmental obligations, and non-governmental obligations may be issued under this chapter or chapter 18 of title 24 without obtaining the consent of any executive office, department, division, commission, board, bureau, or agency of the state or any political subdivision thereof, and without any other proceedings or the happening of any condition, or acts other than those proceedings, conditions, or acts which are specifically required therefor hereunder or under any applicable bond act, and the validity of and security for any bonds issued by the age
