§ 46-10-9. Sale of property to pay duties.
The commissioner may, within thirty (30) days after taking into his or her custody
            the property so found, sell at public auction so much thereof as shall be sufficient
            to pay all duties thereon, which he or she shall have paid or for which he or she
            shall become liable to the customhouse.
