§ 46-10-29. Provisions limited to wrecks in New Shoreham.
The provisions of §§ 46-10-14 — 46-10-28 shall apply only insofar as the director of the department of environmental management
            may be performing the duties and exercising the powers of the former commissioner
            of wrecks in New Shoreham.
