§ 32-7-4. Applicability.
This chapter shall apply to all recreational vehicle parks and campgrounds, as defined
            in § 32-7-7. No person or organization or government entity shall establish and maintain a recreational
            vehicle park or campground within the state of Rhode Island, except in conformity
            with this code. Facilities in existing recreational vehicle parks and campgrounds
            may continue in use, providing those facilities do not constitute a recognized health
            or safety hazard.
