§ 32-2-15. Local police authority.
All members of local city and town police departments shall have, and may exercise,
            all powers and authority of police officers on any property under the jurisdiction
            of the department of environmental management and within the territory of the respective
            city or town with regard to the enforcement of the criminal laws and all rules and
            regulations of the department of environmental management.
