§ 32-1-8. Perry monument.
The director of environmental management shall have charge of monuments erected by
            the state in various locations as noted in § 32-1-7, and, in addition thereto, the monument erected in memory of Oliver Hazard Perry
            in Island cemetery, and for that purpose shall expend such sums of money as may be
            from time to time appropriated by the general assembly.
