§ 32-1-20. Goddard park — Exemption for disabled veteran.
Any veteran who is a resident of the state, and who shall be determined under applicable
            federal law by the federal department of veterans' affairs to be totally disabled
            through a service-connected disability, shall be exempt from paying any fee to play
            golf at the Goddard park golf course.
