§ 32-1-2. Transfer of authority from department of agriculture and conservation.
Wherever in any general or public law there is assigned to the division of forests,
            parks, and parkways within the department of agriculture and conservation authority
            for the establishment, maintenance, or development of parks and recreation areas,
            this authority shall be transferred to the division of parks and recreation within
            the department of environmental management.
