§ 32-1-14. Misquamicut State Beach.
Notwithstanding any other provisions of the general laws, one-half (½) the daily cash parking fees collected on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays at Misquamicut state beach shall be paid to the town of Westerly until a total of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) has been paid.
