§ 23-94-5. Severability.
If any provision of this chapter or of any rule or regulation made under this chapter,
            or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court of competent
            jurisdiction, the remainder of the chapter, rule, or regulation and the application
            of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected by this invalidity.
            The invalidity of any section or sections or parts of any section or sections shall
            not affect the validity of the remainder of the chapter.
