§ 23-90-9. Violations.
A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated
            pursuant to § 23-90-7 shall be punishable by a civil penalty not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000).
            In the case of a second and any subsequent violation, the civil penalty shall not
            exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each violation.
