§ 23-72-5. Penalties.
Whoever violates these sections inclusive or any order, rule or regulation promulgated
            or adopted thereto shall be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand dollars
            ($1,000). This section shall be enforced by the department and may be enforced by
            the board of health. The superior court shall have jurisdiction in equity to enforce
            such rules and regulations and may restrain by injunction any violation thereof.
