§ 23-7-4. Membership of board.

(a) The directors of the departments of health and environmental management, or their designees, shall be ex officio members. The governor shall, with the advice and consent of the senate, appoint one professional agricultural chemist, one professional wildlife biologist, one professional entomologist, one medical doctor, one person representing an established conservation or environmental group within the state, and three (3) citizens representing any four (4) cities, towns, subdivisions of cities or towns, or districts, having regard, among other factors, to their qualifications, experience, and in
