§ 23-65-7. Certification process.

A person who desires to be certified as an operator of a water supply treatment facility or a water transmission and distribution system shall file with the board of certification of operators of water supply facilities, established by this chapter, an application upon a form to be furnished by the board. The applicant shall include in the application his or her qualifications under oath. If the qualifications of the applicant meet or exceed the minimum qualifications established by the board for the certification type and grade for which they have applied, the applicant will be allowed to take a certifi
