§ 23-65-13. Penalty for violation.
Any person who shall be found guilty of violation of any of the provisions of this
            chapter or any rules and regulations adopted under this chapter shall be punished
            by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500) or by imprisonment for not
            more than thirty (30) days, or both by fine or imprisonment, and every person shall
            be deemed guilty of a separate and distinct offense for each day during which the
            violation is repeated or continued.
