§ 23-62-1. Disclosure required.
All retail preparers of food, including but not limited to bakeries and restaurants,
            shall make available upon request a list of all preservatives and artificial ingredients
            added to food prepared on the premises. Excluded from these provisions are preservatives
            and artificial ingredients which are included in commercially available products such
            as dressings and other products used in the preparation of food.
