§ 23-61-9. Use of the radon control appropriations.

Funds appropriated shall be used to carry out the provisions of this chapter, including but not limited to, personnel costs, operating costs, and capital expenditures associated with the regulatory and public education mandates placed on the department by this chapter, as well as the development and implementation of the building codes for radon resistant construction.
