§ 23-6.4-2. Prescribing to an authorized entity permitted.
An authorized healthcare provider may prescribe epinephrine auto-injectors in the
            name of an authorized entity for use in accordance with this section, and pharmacists
            may dispense epinephrine auto-injectors pursuant to a prescription issued in the name
            of an authorized entity.
