§ 23-6.1-4. Promulgation of guidelines.
The department of elementary and secondary education shall promulgate program guidelines
            and take any other actions that will promote the full implementation of all provisions
            of this chapter. A copy of the program guidelines issued by the department shall be
            sent to all participating high schools in the state.
