§ 23-4.10-4. Recording contents of durable power of attorney.
The attending physician who had knowledge of the existence of a durable power of attorney
            shall note in the medical record the existence of the durable power of attorney. In
            the instance where the durable power of attorney includes a DNR (do not resuscitate)
            order, that should also be entered into the medical record.
