§ 23-4-13. Establishment of fees.

The director of the department of health shall establish fees for autopsy reports, cremation certificates, and statistics. The director shall also impose fees, at an hourly or daily rate, to give testimony in civil suits under this chapter. All fees are as set forth in § 23-1-54. The director is authorized to establish in regulation reasonable fees for additional documents not otherwise specified in this section.
