§ 23-38-2.1. Metal beverage container rings or tabs required to be nondetachable.
No beverage shall be sold, offered for sale, or distributed within the state in a
            metal container designed and constructed so that the container is opened by detaching
            a metal ring or tab, except if the tab is made of tape, foil, or other soft material.
