§ 23-33-4. Enforcement by inspectors — Disposition of fees.
The provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the compliance inspectors of the
            division of occupational safety within the department of labor and training. The proceeds
            of any fees or fines collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited as general
            revenues.
