§ 23-28.5-3. Penalties for violations.
Any person refusing to allow inspections or hindering or obstructing the authority having jurisdiction to make an inspection, shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days for each offense. Any persons who shall refuse or neglect to remove the material of a combustible nature at the expiration of the forty-eight (48) hours notice provided for in § 23-28.5-2, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisoned for not more than sixty (60) days for each of
