§ 23-28.28-19. Records of visitors.
Each person, firm or corporation engaged in the manufacture, dealing, or possessing
            of explosives, explosive compounds, or fuses shall keep a daily record of each person,
            other than employees, entering upon their magazine site. The information shall be
            available in the company's office and shall be open to inspection by the state fire
            marshal, local government officials, and/or public safety officials.
