§ 23-28.28-17. Reports.
All persons manufacturing, keeping, storing, using, selling, handling, transporting,
            or otherwise dealing in Class B explosives shall make reports to the fire marshal
            and the local fire and police chiefs so that the quantity and location thereof may
            be recorded. The reports shall be made in such format as the state fire marshal shall
            prescribe and shall be filed on the first day of each month or more often when required.
