§ 23-28.2-15. Assistance by attorney general — Prosecution of violations.
The attorney general, upon request of the state fire marshal, shall assist upon any
            investigation of any fire which, in the opinion of the state fire marshal, is of suspicious
            origin, and shall institute and conduct all prosecutions of persons charged with arson,
            burning to defraud, crimes incident to incendiary fires, and violations of the provision
            of the Fire Safety Code, chapters 28.1 through 28.39 of this title and all codes referenced
            therein and adopted thereunder.
