§ 23-28.2-13. Reports of investigations.
If upon investigation, the fire marshal believes that the evidence is sufficient to
            charge any person with the commission of any offense, the fire marshal shall report
            that belief to the attorney general. The fire marshal shall make a report of the investigation
            and belief in writing and the report shall be filed in the office of the state fire
            marshal within ten (10) days after the making thereof.
