§ 23-26-7. Types of material requiring sterilization.

No person shall use any material to make any article of bedding for sale that is made from material:

(1) That comes from an animal or fowl;

(2) That contains any bugs, vermin, insects, or filth;

(3) That is unsanitary;

(4) That contains burlap or other material that has been used for baling;

(5) That is second-hand;
