§ 23-26-26. Appeal of director's decisions.
Any person aggrieved by the action of the director in denying an application for a
            registration, or in revoking or suspending any registration, or by any order or decision
            of the director, shall have the right to appeal to the supreme court and the procedure
            in case of the appeal shall be the same as that provided in § 42-35-15.
