§ 23-25-28. Penalties.

(a) Civil penalties.

(1) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter may be assessed a civil penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each offense. In addition to any civil penalty assessed in this subsection, the director may ban businesses or commercial applicators from providing pest control services to the state for a period of up to five (5) years when the director finds the business or commercial applicator has violated a provision of this chapter or the rules or regulations promulgated under this chapter with regard to the mixing or
