§ 23-24.9-10.1. Resource recovery corporation option.

The department and the Rhode Island resource recovery corporation shall establish a statewide network for the collection of mercury-added products when the household consumer is finished with them. Manufacturers, except motor vehicle manufacturers subject to the provisions of subdivision 23-24.9(10)(b)(2) of mercury-added products may satisfy their obligations, as set forth in subsection 23-24.9-10(a), by entering into a written agreement with those agencies to support the statewide program including, but not limited to, advertisement, education and/or funding through a system established in regu
