§ 23-24.6-22. Licensure and certification — Receipts.
The director shall assess fees for certifications and licenses issued in accordance
            with rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to the authority conferred by this
            chapter, provided that those fees are assessed only after procedures in accordance
            with chapter 35 of title 42 have been followed. All fees shall be deposited into the general fund as general
            revenue.
