§ 23-24.6-11. Reporting of cases of lead poisoning.
Any physician registered or licensed by Rhode Island or any agency of Rhode Island
            or any employee of a licensed, registered, or approved health care facility making
            the diagnosis of childhood lead poisoning shall report that diagnosis to the director
            within ten (10) business days of the diagnosis.
