§ 23-24.4-9. Severability.
If any provisions or parts of this chapter or application of this chapter to any person
            or circumstance is held unconstitutional or invalid, the remaining provisions of this
            chapter and the application of those provisions to other persons or circumstances
            other than those to which it is held invalid shall not be affected by it.
